📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account • Support a financial retail banking client on high-volume construction projects • Manage HVAC, roofing, parking lot, and related real estate projects • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity • Direct project delivery teams and create action plans • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Apply project management principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines • Explain difficult or sensitive information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations • Pacific Time Zone availability • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
