📋 Description

• Provide consulting services for a multi-use facility client account • Manage projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Recommend project resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply project management principles and techniques to complex assignments and innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in Kahua or similar project management software • Experience in D365 or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations • Role may require up to 50% regional travel, predominantly in the Eastern/Central Time Zone • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
