📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to the retail client account to help achieve strategic business objectives • Manage retail fit-outs and relocation projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for commercial real estate projects • Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Mentor others and share knowledge • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement • Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within own and related teams

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Smartsheet experience is beneficial • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
