📋 Description

• Provide small-group virtual instruction to K-12 students across the United States • Deliver tutoring sessions (tutoring, light preparation, logging-in early, and session notes) • Teach secondary math and lower-level high school science concepts (e.g., living environment, biology) • Participate in engagements ranging from ~14 to 30 weeks with a few hours commitment per week • Express interest and accept tutoring engagement opportunities after admission to the TbT Teacher Community • Potential to take on supplemental community roles (interviewing, customer success, content, mentoring)

🎯 Requirements

• This role requires you to have experience as a US teacher. • Experience teaching Math in the classroom • Experience teaching in an online environment • Working knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom • Ability to teach lower-level HS science (e.g. living environment, biology) • Bonus points for: Experience with remediation, intervention or small group instruction • Bonus points for: Experience with secondary math • Bonus points for: SPED or ELL teaching experience • Bonus points for: Bi-Lingual • Bonus points for: AP course experience (any APs) • Bonus points for: Dedication to advancing equity in schools • Bonus points for: Active teaching credential
