📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a caseload of families • Conduct intake calls with new families and set expectations clearly and confidently • Build and manage class schedules across multiple students, teachers, and platforms • Communicate proactively with families about scheduling, progress, and concerns via phone, video, and written correspondence • Monitor student progress and flag concerns to the appropriate specialist • Coordinate with instructors to ensure sessions run smoothly • Navigate scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and CRM/case management tools daily • Represent Tutor Me Education professionally in every interaction • Support basic oversight of IEP/504 accommodation compliance; full training provided

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — required, and heavily assessed in our interview process • Reliable high-speed internet, a working webcam, and a headset/microphone for virtual meetings • Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office required; scheduling and CRM tools trained on the job) • Prior experience in a remote/virtual role strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Customer service, account management, or client-facing experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required • Some experience in an educational setting required (school, tutoring, or similar) • Experience with special education, IEPs, or students with disabilities is strongly preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
