📋 Description

• Own various Senders and Numbers products, creating streamlined onboarding experiences while maintaining best-in-class compliance standards • Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate them into user stories • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on product planning, design, execution, and delivery against defined success metrics • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap; generate excitement and obtain buy-in • Partner with go-to-market teams to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and growth • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and revenue/market accomplishments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies • Analytical thinking skills using quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, executive buy-in, and measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to manage vague priorities, conflicting inputs, and ambiguous, complex challenges • Experience with cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Desired: experience building products/services related to APIs or developer experience • Desired: experience working in a regulated ecosystem • Remote work based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada • Occasional travel for project or team in-person meetings may be required
