📋 Description

• Own various Trust Hub products end to end • Create streamlined registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards • Develop, communicate, and obtain buy-in for product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals • Lead cross-functional teams through planning, design, development, and product launches • Understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate them into product requirements and user stories • Define key metrics to evaluate product performance • Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure success • Manage relationships and expectations with cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels • Conduct data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and revenue/market accomplishments • Occasionally travel for project or team in-person meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies • Command of analytical thinking skills and ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding • Ability to dive deep while keeping perspective on big-picture goals • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Experience building products/services related to APIs and developer experience (desired) • Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems (desired) • Role is remote and based in the United States; not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA
