📋 Description

• Map the member journey to build sustained engagement and winback for lapsed members • Define communication strategies for each member journey stage • Own the annual and quarterly engagement roadmap • Build behavior-based member segmentation models • Govern the member communication calendar across marketing, care, product, and clinical teams • Inventory and maintain the existing member touchpoint landscape • Partner with Care Delivery and Clinical leadership to define marketing and clinical communication boundaries • Design suppression, frequency-capping, and quiet-hours logic across channels • Work with Product on campaign-based push and in-app messaging • Account for eligibility files, employer and health-plan communication rules, benefits calendars, co-branding constraints, and competing vendor communications • Build and ship end-to-end campaigns in Braze • Write copy and creative briefs and manage design, clinical, and legal reviews • Develop the Braze instance, including event taxonomy, catalog, Connected Content, templates, preference center, deliverability, sender reputation, and Snowflake data contracts • Establish a formal testing program across creative, channels, cadence, timing, incentives, and direct mail • Measure performance and build campaign-efficacy dashboards • Report campaign results, wins, losses, and adjustments to Growth Marketing and leadership • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PHI handling, TCPA, consent management, CAN-SPAM, and clinical review requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement marketing • Hands-on Braze expertise, including multi-branch Canvas, behavioral triggers, Liquid personalization, and suppression logic • Multi-channel experience including email plus at least one of SMS, push, or in-app • Demonstrated experimentation rigor, including holdouts and interpreting null results • Comfort building and defining processes • Healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred • Working fluency in HIPAA and PHI handling in marketing systems strongly preferred • Experience in the point solution ecosystem strongly preferred • Experience marketing alongside a human care team or clinical staff strongly preferred • Exposure to direct mail, print, or member webinars strongly preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
