📋 Description

• Responsible for multi-channel campaigns from Search & Shopping to Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) • Testing hypotheses, creatives, and audiences • Proactively develop solutions for clients and critically evaluate briefs • Create meaningful reports in collaboration with Data & Analytics • Work closely with Design & Content to create high-performance assets

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing • Experience with Google and Meta ad managers and tracking tools (GA4, GTM) • Knowledge of AI for workflow optimization • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership • Ability to develop data-driven insights
