• About Udonis: Udonis is an agile mobile marketing agency committed to driving exceptional results. • We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize campaigns across various industries. • Your primary focus will be on running campaigns on Facebook/Meta and TikTok. • In this role, you’ll keep a close watch on campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to maximize ROI. • You’ll dive into algorithms, identify emerging trends, and make informed decisions to boost results. • An essential part of your day-to-day work will involve competitor research, understanding different products, and crafting campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of general work experience. • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both spoken and written. • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret data and solve problems proactively. • Location: Must be based in Croatia (currently remote, but may transition to a hybrid setup in the future). • Bonus Points Campaign Management Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience managing campaigns. • Academic Background: A degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Psychology.
