📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction • Conduct regular check-ins, provide product updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the formwork industry through strategic customer acquisition and strengthening current client relationships • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively educate and sell to clients • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients • Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements • Work closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Concrete construction experience required • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or formwork industry • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Ability to travel as needed
