📋 Description

• You will be the introduction to the Consumer Cellular experience. • Your energy, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions will help uncover customers' needs. • By asking discovery questions, you will be able to provide the best recommendations on products and services that fit both their budget and lifestyle. • You are able to overcome objections by addressing concerns and highlighting why Consumer Cellular is the smart choice. • You’ll recognize the right time to close the sale and add a customer. • Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail) • Experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers • Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales • A self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company
