• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ammonia refrigeration systems. • Conduct system startups, shutdowns, and performance testing. • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in industrial refrigeration equipment. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including PSM/RMP and OSHA standards. • Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members. • Provide emergency service and participate in on-call rotation as needed. • Mentor junior technicians and support training initiatives.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems. • RETA certification (CIRO, CARO) or equivalent preferred. • Strong understanding of PSM/RMP compliance and safety protocols. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Willingness to travel to customer sites (overnight travel will be required).
