📋 Description

• This Associate Director acts as the deputy of the SVP, Global Supply Chain, Wellbeing, but also works across all operating companies to ensure transformation and operational excellence of the supply chain organization. • Lead many transformational activities including leading confidential initiatives that involve projects and process changes. • Ensure cross company strategic planning is coordinated, organization design and facilitate new technology strategies and tactics. • Interface and gain direction from the Head of Supply Chain in OpCo’s for all things related to Infrastructure, process and network planning and design. • Make all network design and sourcing decisions for the VMS coop in consultation with SVP, Global SC. • Interface with Global and OpCo senior leadership on transformational direction to gain consensus and approval for changes. • Interface with sales and marketing teams on adjustments or changes to the network and to gain input on growth rates that feed modeling systems. • Project network design. • Go deep into 3-5 strategic plans to reduce cost, increase cash and lower waste while prioritizes growth. • Develop and complete make vs. buy analysis, design the organization of the future and execution of the next generation supply chain. • Review and optimize organization, processes and tools to ensure collaborative manufacturing management is optimized. • Facilitate roll out of new capabilities to unlock agility and capacity (e.g. Cognitive Automation, 3D printing, new lines, etc.). • Setup clear communications on progress against any set initiatives. • Drive analytics implementation and adoption. • Project manage structural supply chain programs such as insource manufacturing, distribution network consolidations and third-party migrations. • Facilitate the strategy of the Health and Wellbeing Collective. • Ensure focus on OKRs. • Work on strategic development. • Bring new technologies to the forefront and ensure adoption. • Facilitate and organize cross company execution of strategic planning. • Interface with H&W SCLT to ensure alignment of strategic organizational changes, processes, and tool development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Operations / Logistics / Business / Engineering or equivalent experience • MBA degree preferred or equivalent experience • 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, finance, planning, network planning, and/or long term capacity planning • 5+ years as a manager or leadership position including responsibilities for the oversight of a team • Demonstrated project management experience • Broad-based experience in network modeling, influencing and data analytics • Empowerment, Experimentation and Collaboration a must • Strong relationship management and team leadership both internally and externally • Ability to travel 25% globally as required to support the business
