📋 Description

• Presenting, demonstrating and developing new business; working on own initiative to convert opportunities to sales • Provide Clinical Support to Customers in Urology & Gynaecology, Laparoscopic, Cardiovascular & Thoracic instrumentation and consumable products • Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships • Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis • Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquiries • Business planning and implementation; development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential • Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information • Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance • Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility • Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings • Continuous professional and personal self-development

🎯 Requirements

• Surgical Sales person with 3+ years’ Medical sales experience • Experience of selling into operating theaters; advantage if existing relationships with Urology, Gynaecology and Laparoscopic Surgeons • High reliance on drive and planning and excellent organizational and account management skills • Willing to travel within the UK • Full training provided • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Full, clean driving license (company car provided) • Clinical or Medical device sales background is essential • Ideally based in the East Midlands
