📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain cPanel and other related services • Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical and non-technical issues related to products and services • Diagnose complex third-party application issues and provide solutions • Identify and escalate priority and systemic issues • Act as the senior escalation point for ticketed support • Assist customers via support tickets and phone to resolve escalated issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in various Linux distributions and cPanel software • Ability to identify systemic issues and escalate to appropriate enterprise teams • High level of proficiency in Bash scripting • Working-level knowledge of various coding languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle all types of customer contacts, especially escalated contacts
