📋 Description

• Support pre- and post-sales technical scoping • Contribute to Rough Order of Magnitude estimates for infrastructure, software platform, and user migration engagements • Design and deliver technical solutions across virtualization, server, storage, database, network, and other platforms • Own assigned projects from design through delivery • Communicate with technical and non-technical client stakeholders • Serve as execution-level owner for datacenter migrations, disaster recovery, and cloud migrations • Set expectations with clients regarding project scope, timelines, sequencing, and prioritization • Collaborate with project resources and subject matter experts on task breakdowns, estimates, and planning • Monitor and follow up with assigned project resources to keep work on track • Provide project management support and structure • Maintain internal Solution Architecture standards, runbooks, and documentation • Provide technical escalation support • Operate across cloud-based and on-premise enterprise infrastructure • Assist customers with emerging technology and strategic planning • Advise account delivery teams on managed services best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of enterprise virtualization (VMware/vSphere), server hardware, SAN, etc. • Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows Server administration • Working familiarity with networking fundamentals, including firewalls, load balancers, VLANs, and routing concepts • Basic understanding of enterprise database platforms such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL • Demonstrated ability to work independently on scoped technical projects • Strong critical thinking skills in ambiguous and undocumented environments • Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Commitment to best practices that support team continuity • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required • Must be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
