📋 Description

• Serve as a consultative partner to Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams • Provide guidance, tools, coaching, and enablement frameworks • Lead cross-functional training and working sessions on escalation, adoption, and community strategy • Execute community engagement and network strategies for priority customers • Design scalable engagement strategies across customer segments, geographies, or campaigns • Build relationships with community partners and coordinate adoption-risk response plans • Coach CSMs on customer- and partner-specific engagement plans • Manage and co-facilitate escalation processes and coordinate timely issue resolution • Design escalation campaigns and playbooks to address recurring adoption or partner-engagement barriers • Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes • Design scalable workflows and improve operational processes • Track and report escalation campaign metrics in Salesforce • Monitor adoption, engagement, and network health • Synthesize data into executive-ready narratives and prioritization recommendations • Improve Salesforce workflows, reporting structures, data quality, and activity tracking • Align stakeholders around engagement priorities, escalation plans, and customer outcomes • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority • Facilitate customer, partner, and internal discussions, including complex escalation conversations • Diagnose operational and adoption challenges and lead experimentation • Connect community engagement work to customer value, adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, community engagement, implementation, account management, public health, human services, social services, or a related customer-facing role • Experience operating across multiple customers, geographies, or campaigns • Experience working with state or local government agencies, community-based organizations, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, or organizations serving vulnerable populations • Success designing scalable engagement strategies and building relationships across customers, community partners, government agencies, and cross-functional internal teams • Experience coaching, mentoring, or enabling CSMs or cross-functional partners • Experience managing complex, multi-customer or multi-market projects • Strong analytical and operational skills • Experience designing measurement frameworks, synthesizing data, and translating findings into executive-ready recommendations • Experience building scalable SOPs, playbooks, or operating models • Experience using CRM or case management platforms; Salesforce preferred • Must reside in New Hampshire • Must pass a background check including criminal, employment, and education verification
