📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of data center and commercial projects from award through commissioning and closeout • Manage schedules, resources, logistics, budgets, milestones, and customer commitments • Identify and resolve issues proactively • Lead internal and customer meetings, site calls, and field coordination activities • Align Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Field Services • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and commissioning teams • Manage project budgets, forecasting, documentation, reporting, risk mitigation, and change management • Support proposals, bid development, and pipeline tracking • Identify upcoming projects and strategic market opportunities • Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, execution-process improvements, customer satisfaction, and successful outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field • PMP certification preferred • 2+ years of project leadership experience • Experience managing initiatives in operations, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, or customer-facing business functions • Experience owning multiple complex projects simultaneously • Experience in industrial services, construction, infrastructure, or related environments • Strong leadership, communication, financial, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to drive results through cross-functional teams • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, site visits, project reviews, and commissioning support
