📋 Description
• Serve as the dedicated individual for Allianz, owning the end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise transformation program • Lead program planning, scoping, timelines, and execution across multiple workstreams • Act as a strategic services leader and trusted advisor to executive business and IT stakeholders • Drive adoption and change management to ensure solutions are understood and embedded • Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal Engineering, Product, Sales, and client teams • Promote agile delivery best practices and coach teams through structured execution • Manage program outcomes including overseeing budget, resources, risk management, and service contracts • Provide clear, executive-ready communication, status updates, and value reporting to senior management
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, Consulting, or Enterprise Implementation roles • Proven ability to act as the primary owner of program outcomes • Strong understanding of workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise applications, and product lifecycle workflows • Formal expertise in Project Management, Business Process Design/Management, and IT Service Management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing large budgets or coordinating resources across multiple international locations • Must be available for travel to Munich, Germany 1-2 times per quarter • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus.
