📋 Description

• Design and own the automation framework for functional and performance testing. • Build agents to automate existing QA/testing workflows and reduce engineering friction. • Build the applications and services that automation depends on, deploy them, and operate them in production environments. • Drive prototypes through to completion, gather feedback from user teams, and iterate until delivering robust, monitored, production-ready solutions. • Identify gaps in existing frameworks and tools and develop solutions to address them. • Collaborate with product teams to understand their automation needs, design services from the ground up, deploy them to production clusters, and take ownership of them.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 or more years of experience building production software, with demonstrated expertise in test infrastructure, testing frameworks, and developer tooling, along with strong working knowledge of platform engineering. • Proven experience building agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from the ground up—designing, delivering, iterating on, and driving adoption of them as part of other engineers’ workflows. • Proficiency with agentic coding tools as part of your daily work, including the ability to orchestrate multiple agents to execute tasks and review agent-generated pull requests (PRs). • Hands-on experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and deployment lifecycle management. • Ability to independently turn an ambiguous problem statement into a well-scoped, defensible solution. • English is required for this position.
