🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of full stack software development experience, ideally in custom software consulting. • Hands-on developer : You LOVE writing code. • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, digital health, pharmaceutical, or medical device) is preferred, but not required. • English fluency (C1 or above) and confidence working with U.S. clients directly • Expertise in Python, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js, React, etc.) • Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Ionic, or FastAPI • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience building secure, scalable, distributed systems • Familiarity with Docker , CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows • Bonus: hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM tools • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
