📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end preparation, drafting, and compilation of quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K financial statements, including footnotes, disclosures, and MD&A • Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and disclosures for global regulatory and local statutory reporting • Monitor SEC regulations, PCAOB standards, and FASB updates and update accounting and financial reporting policies • Support monthly and quarterly close processes and accelerated public-company reporting timelines • Guide consistent application of U.S. GAAP accounting policies across global subsidiaries • Review significant contracts, M&A activities, and unique transactions for reporting, accounting, and SEC disclosure implications • Support goodwill impairment and segment reviews • Liaise with external auditors and manage audit deliverables, timelines, and complex issue resolution • Monitor ICFR and identify and mitigate financial reporting risks • Lead process documentation, XBRL tagging review, disclosure checklists, control-gap identification, and remediation initiatives • Support drafting and tie-out of Form 8-Ks, earnings documentation, proxy statements, and additional filings • Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement in financial reporting workflows • Support scalable infrastructure and public-company reporting readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • CPA license required • 7+ years of progressive experience with financial reporting experience at a publicly traded company • Proven, hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings • Strong command of SEC rules, regulations, and U.S. GAAP • Familiarity with modern financial reporting and SEC filing software, such as Workiva and ActiveDisclosure • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as NetSuite and SAP • Ability to deliver against strict SEC timelines and competing demands • Ability to work effectively across functions and levels and propose compliant approaches • Big-4 experience preferred • Cash Flow and EPS experience highly preferred
