📋 Description

• Provide relevant, accurate, and timely financial analysis and guidance to Financial Shared Services–Advertising leadership and local business units • Review general ledger reported revenue monthly and quarterly • Prepare journal entries and variance analyses of reported revenue • Support year-end closings • Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements • Review proposed rate programs and contracts for alignment with company and industry policies • Perform multiple-element analysis of proposed and reported revenue • Prepare analytical reports and communicate financial performance to leadership • Provide customer service to finance leadership and business units • Develop relationships with finance leadership and business-unit staff • Investigate revenue variances and explain results • Assemble and summarize data, prepare reports, and present findings, analyses, and recommendations • Assist with standardized analytical tools, reporting, and ad hoc reporting • Collaborate with Revenue Recognition team members and leadership on projects • Identify improvement areas, develop solutions, and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles • Financial analysis and compliance acumen • Strong communication at all levels • Ability to support multiple customers simultaneously • Teamwork and team leadership • Business degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience or comparable work experience • Strong Excel skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders • Experience in a consolidated financial environment • Demonstrated customer service • Big picture perspective and ability to manage vision while performing detailed assignments • Knowledge of BPC a plus
