📋 Description

• Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends. • Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases. • Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders. • Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance. • Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers (e.g., China, Alibaba, DH Gate, AliExpress). • Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements. • Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained. • Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health. • Managing and helping maintain a healthy account and grow the Amazon store.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate. • Preferably w/ Amazon experience (background in Logistics & Supplier Management) • With a background in Finance is a plus. • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required). • Fluent in English , both written and spoken. • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus. • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes. • Available for full-time work.
