📋 Description
• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end. • Lead day-to-day relationships with customer owners. • Translate platform usage into quantifiable outcomes. • Build and refine scalable processes and playbooks. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years of total professional experience. • 3–5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts. • English - Native or professional fluency is required. • Location: Remote within North America
