📋 Description
• Assist Valley View outpatients and their families in the overall management of their plan of care across the continuum • Handle prior authorizations • Work 40 hours per week • Work as a temporary remote outpatient RN Case Manager from mid-September to mid-December
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Minimum of 2 year's RN Case Management Experience is required • Prefer applicants who will be working from residence in Colorado
