📋 Description

• Lead and develop Production Unit managers and key operational support functions across North America • Build capabilities and foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement • Ensure effective resourcing, succession planning and competence development • Promote safety culture and compliance with HSE, operational and quality standards • Deliver financial targets and improve profitability, cost efficiency and absorption • Oversee capacity, production, quality, inventory and delivery performance across the workshop network • Drive Operational Excellence, Lean and continuous improvement • Develop the long-term operational roadmap, workshop footprint and investment priorities • Collaborate across functions to improve supply chain performance, procurement savings and subcontracting • Ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions for significant quality and safety issues • Report to the Head of Operations, PAC SER Roll Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience • At least 10 years of experience in operations or a similar environment • Proven track record of leading people and delivering financial and operational performance in a complex, multi-site organization • Experience in workshop or service operations is an advantage • Fluent in English • Willing to travel nationally and internationally • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful background check • Successful pre-employment physical and drug screen
