📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions that drive business impact • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions • Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate product enhancements and business initiatives • Develop quantitative frameworks to assess new customer experiences and emerging product opportunities • Build predictive and optimization models that improve customer outcomes and business performance • Contribute to customer personalization, recommendation systems, and behavioral modeling initiatives • Drive innovation in computer vision, generative AI, and image-generation technologies • Improve and expand AI-powered visual experiences and identify new business use cases • Evaluate, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and open-source AI frameworks • Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and create scalable AI systems • Operate independently on ambiguous problems while helping define technical strategy and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field • Deep expertise in machine learning, including model development, evaluation, and deployment • Strong programming skills in Python and experience building production-grade data science solutions • Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing methodologies • Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis-testing skills • Experience partnering with software engineers to deploy and scale machine learning systems • Ability to independently drive projects from problem definition through implementation • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations • For Québec-based positions, proficiency in English is required • Nice-to-have: experience with Generative AI applications and large language model ecosystems • Nice-to-have: experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar open-source technologies • Nice-to-have: experience with image generation, computer vision, or multimodal AI systems • Nice-to-have: experience building AI-powered customer-facing products • Nice-to-have: SQL proficiency for data exploration and analysis • Nice-to-have: experience in fast-paced experimentation and iteration environments • Nice-to-have: familiarity with recommendation systems, personalization, or customer lifecycle optimization
