• Specializes in the placement of IP/Patent professionals nationwide • Understand clients’ technical needs and candidates’ individual talents and career interests • Build a network of long-term client relationships for a competitive edge • Provide trusted career advice for candidates • Review candidates' information for job openings in various locations
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in patent litigation involving computer hardware and/or software • Experience with inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required • Exceptional writing skills are a must • USPTO registration number preferred • Candidates must be eligible for bar admission by waiver or willing to sit for the state bar exam • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
