📋 Description

• Own the Commitments product at Vanta • Define and execute the agentic product strategy for Commitments • Enable GRC teams to unlock new business opportunities while meeting their obligations • Partner with marketing, sales, and account management on the go-to-market motion to scale Commitments adoption • Understand customers and the market deeply • Translate customer needs into clear Agent experiences that solve compliance challenges • Deliver high-quality products addressing key customer pain points • Solidify Vanta’s leadership in AI-powered GRC solutions • Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as the company grows • Leverage AI and the Vanta Agent to automatically categorize contractual commitments, connect them to customer programs, and help customers proactively understand and track commitments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products • Customer-focused mindset; proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go-to-market teams • Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric • Ability to drive effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders • Clear and influential written and verbal communication with team members, stakeholders, and executives • Learner’s mindset and genuine passion for building AI products • Grit to experiment, iterate, and fail • Data-driven approach using qualitative user signals and quantitative analysis to inform roadmap and prioritization • Uses AI in day-to-day work to amplify skills and strengthen outcomes • Sound judgment to ensure AI-assisted work meets a high quality bar • Must be legally authorized to work in the location where this role is based • Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed
