📋 Description

• Build the operating system for EPD using systems, agents, practices, and Jira • Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira • Ensure Jira reflects real practice and real practice reflects what must appear in Jira • Build and run agents and automation independently • Drive adoption by working with teams whose practices do not match the system • Diagnose delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and build root-cause fixes • Build alongside teammates developing technical skills and raise their capabilities • Handle post-launch adoption, correction of wrong assumptions, and cleanup after handoff

🎯 Requirements

• No CS degree required • No formal engineering tenure required • Real, recent, shipped work • Experience building and shipping with AI as part of the workflow • Ability to design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira • Ability to build agents and automation independently, using AI as part of the work • Ability to identify failing mechanisms and address root causes • Ability to learn new tools, especially AI tooling, independently • Ability to drive adoption without formal authority • Ability to take accountability for outcomes after launch • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
