📋 Description

• You will work with a tight team of product engineers who are responsible for shipping features across the Vantage product. • Collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership and founders on feature discovery, ideation, and implementation. • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in building product features. • Define and guide technical architecture decisions to support future scaling of Vantage. • Take full ownership of end-to-end feature development, including tracking and reporting on customer impact. • Participate in customer calls with design and product teams to gain direct insight into user needs.

🎯 Requirements

• A product-oriented software engineer with a passion for listening to and delighting customers • 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of experience leading a team of engineers building and delivering features • Enjoy being a generalist working on both the frontend and backend • Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and have a good intuition for what will last and scale. • Someone who has led impactful engineering projects and built architectures that operate at scale • Expertise in Ruby and Rails • BA/BS degree and 3-5 years of equivalent working experience • Someone excited to deliver quickly and hold a high degree of responsibility.
