📋 Description

• Handle higher level technical support to customers across multiple channels seamlessly • Troubleshoot customer concerns via omnichannel formats and AI • Assist customers with Do It with Me setup and troubleshooting • Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes • Maintain documentation of all customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 2 - 3 years of relevant technical support experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to make sound decisions and be accountable • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs • Advanced technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers • Able to obtain and maintain state licenses and technical certifications as needed
