• Lead sourcing initiatives across key spend categories • Partner with business stakeholders and Category Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies • Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and competitive bidding processes • Conduct market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking analyses • Evaluate supplier proposals, facilitate bid analysis, and present sourcing recommendations • Build and maintain supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement • Negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, and closeout • Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams to identify and manage commercial and contractual risks • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and approved supplier programs • Support category strategy development and execution • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements • Mentor Buyers and procurement team members on sourcing methodologies and best practices • Drive procurement process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain procurement records and sourcing documentation in procurement systems and eSourcing platforms such as Coupa • Contribute to team, departmental, and company objectives through KPIs and strategic initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline within a multinational or global organization • Demonstrated success leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data, market intelligence, and supplier performance metrics • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization • Experience using procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms, preferably Coupa • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment
