⢠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. ⢠Minimum 3+ years of dedicated curriculum development experience, specifically creating technical or administrative learning content for software products ⢠Minimum 5+ years of experience in Global Case Processing and Periodic Reporting, preferably utilizing multiple safety software tools (e.g., Oracle Argus, Aris Global LSMV) ⢠Expert proficiency in modern authoring tools and publishing platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, WellSaid) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) ⢠Deep and solid understanding of end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory requirements, including the Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) lifecycle, case processing, coding dictionaries (MedDRA, WHODrug), and periodic reporting standards ⢠Proven ability to analyze new product specifications and features to determine their impact on case processing and periodic reporting workflows ⢠Exceptional written, visual design, and verbal communication skills. ⢠Consistent track record of accountability in delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced environment ⢠Strong interpersonal skills with the initiative to build collaborative, productive relationships across all lines of business ⢠Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to new challenges
