• Advocate Veeva’s values and engage with pharma companies to drive pipeline generation • Generate sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting • Work within a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities • Research and develop plans for breaking into assigned accounts and territory planning • Partner closely with sales teams and account executives to advance and close opportunities • Build trusted relationships with prospective customers, understand needs and recommend Veeva solutions • Rapidly develop sales skills through on-the-job training, formal education, coaching and mentoring • Transition from SDR (Phase 1) to Associate Account Partner (Phase 2) and own accounts through the full deal cycle to renewal
• 4 years of professional experience in sales, consulting or within a pharma company (part time or Internship is considered as professional experience) • Full business language capacity in English and German • BA, BS or Master Degree in business administration, engineering or sciences with proof of solid academic performance • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative • Highly organized; can manage time and multiple priorities effectively • Team player; able to take accountability and direction • Resilience to rejection • Willingness to travel as needed (~25%) • Legally authorized to be employed in DACH without limitations or restrictions
