📋 Description

• Technical SEO for our web platforms: You analyze the technical performance of our websites and implement concrete optimization measures. • Optimization & maintenance of our online shop: You optimize the technical structure, metadata and content of our Shopify store. • Performance optimization & technical implementation: You improve load times, reduce unnecessary scripts and apps, optimize images and ensure stable performance. • AIO & GEO – future-oriented optimization: You take into account the impact of AI-powered search results and Generative Engine Optimization on our website and shop strategy. • Analytics, tracking & reporting: You set up and maintain GA4, Tag Manager and dashboards. • Conversion optimization & UX analysis: You analyze user flows, run A/B tests and identify areas for improvement. • Technical content management: You maintain content in the CMS, optimize structure, internal linking and the technical quality of our web content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical SEO, web performance or e-commerce optimization, ideally with experience using shop systems such as Shopify • You know basic technical SEO principles, audit methods and tools like Screaming Frog, Sistrix or Semrush • You have initial practical experience with AI-based search functions, AI overviews, generative search engines or tools that help optimize content and technical structures for AI-driven search results • You are curious and motivated to further develop in this future-focused area • You have experience with the structure, settings and apps of a Shopify store and understand metadata, product structures and performance factors • Basic knowledge of theme customization is a plus, but deep development skills are not required • Confident handling of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console. Looker Studio experience is a plus • Familiarity with HTML and CSS. Basic JavaScript knowledge is helpful for understanding and coordination but not mandatory • Data affinity & structured way of working: You enjoy working with data, recognize patterns and derive clear technical measures • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
