📋 Description

• Own Veracode.com strategy, governance, performance, and ongoing evolution • Lead the migration from WordPress to Webflow through launch and post-launch stabilization • Own the web roadmap and translate business priorities into scalable website experiences • Manage daily website operations, intake, prioritization, page updates, QA, publishing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder requests • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, dashboards, and campaign data to monitor performance and identify optimization priorities • Maintain content standards, taxonomy, metadata, redirects, page ownership, review cycles, archival processes, and content hygiene • Develop web strategies incorporating AI-enabled personalization, SEO, GEO, campaign performance, content experience, and conversion optimization • Lead visual and UX evolution, design systems, wireframes/prototypes, and translation of Figma designs into Webflow components and templates • Direct user journeys and implement AI-driven adaptive experiences and A/B testing • Manage cookie consent, privacy, data collection standards, accessibility, and compliance • Optimize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and funnel performance • Establish recurring website performance reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations for executives • Lead technical SEO, GEO, keyword strategy, and content performance • Manage Webflow, WordPress, and enterprise CMS infrastructure, permissions, hosting, and custom code • Own website release management, testing, approvals, rollback planning, documentation, and post-launch monitoring • Partner with marketing, creative, product marketing, demand generation, operations, IT, sales, agencies, and vendors • Scope and manage agency projects, timelines, deliverables, quality reviews, and acceptance criteria • Ensure Marketo forms, lead capture, and Salesforce CRM integrations work seamlessly • Gather requirements, administer infrastructure, manage CMS operations, build templates and interactive experiences, publish content, and continuously optimize performance

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in web management, digital marketing, or web program management, with strong emphasis on strategy, design oversight, and growth • Experience leading a full CMS migration for a large B2B site, including redirect mapping, SEO preservation, and tracking validation • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategies, SEO and GEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and CRO (A/B testing, heatmaps like Hotjar) • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL • Frontend literacy, including CSS Grid/Flexbox and animations • Familiarity with website security, ADA/WCAG compliance, performance optimization, AI personalization, and immersive interactivity • Proven project management skills, such as Jira and Asana • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and in-house development/design teams • Strong analytical mindset and ability to present performance, design, and growth reports to executives • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration expertise • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce form/CRM integrations • Webflow Enterprise experience is a plus
