📋 Description

• Support sourcing, onboarding, and engagement functions of the talent management group • Assist Independent Contractor candidates through application, interviewing, and assessment • Support contracted contenders through onboarding and learning • Facilitate compliance, engagement, and support for active Transcriptionists and Digital Reporters • Manage sourcing email and voicemail inboxes • Move candidates through the ATS funnel • Assess candidate application materials • Schedule interviews for selected candidates • Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations • Support other sourcing activities and initiatives • Communicate information timely, accurately, and effectively • Report incidents to management • Follow work through to final resolution • Collaborate with colleagues and uphold company values

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in professional use of MS Office applications • Typing speed of 40+ WPM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to easily learn and use new software applications • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills • Professionalism with the ability to respond promptly and accurately • Ability to retain details and process work accordingly • Proactive and motivated to communicate and solve problems • Able to work independently in strict alignment with a team • Excellent hearing and ability to discern details and speakers within audio recordings • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
