• Own and evolve the Microsoft partnership strategy, aligning with both organizations’ business objectives and technology roadmaps • Serve as executive liaison to strategic VAR and ISV partners in the Microsoft channel and foster trusted relationships across sales, product, marketing, and partner management • Lead joint planning sessions, executive business reviews, and strategic workshops to accelerate partnership outcomes • Drive adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions, ERP integrations, and co-innovation initiatives • Build, onboard, enable, and activate VAR partners through training, certification, and joint sales plays • Launch and manage joint GTM campaigns with Microsoft and VAR partners, including product launches, co-marketing, and field enablement • Oversee account mapping, pipeline development, demand generation, and track partnership KPIs (bookings, revenue, customer acquisition, share of wallet) • Manage partnership operations including contract management, program compliance, and reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally (product, sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver integrated solutions and customer experiences • Represent Versapay at Microsoft and industry events; facilitate executive alignment and advocate partner feedback into product and strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred) • 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel leadership—preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem and with VAR/channel partners • Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud solutions, and enterprise software • Proven track record of building and scaling VAR ecosystems and driving joint GTM initiatives • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment
