📋 Description

• Help customers adopt the cloud through technical and strategic guidance • Consult, plan, design, and implement cloud solutions with customers • Build and deploy infrastructure • Automate observability and disaster recovery solutions • Develop automation tools, reference architectures, white papers, technical briefs, and implementation code • Translate customer needs and feedback into technology roadmaps and enhanced offerings • Assist with reference architecture implementations • Write blog posts and develop internal case studies with Marketing/Alliances • Create self-service observability frameworks, including playbooks, monitoring, logging, alerts, metrics, and dashboards • Create automated disaster recovery frameworks using Infrastructure-as-Code, failover playbooks, runbooks, workflows, and self-healing automation • Define and implement GameDay capabilities, resiliency strategies, chaos tests, MVPs, automated testing, and monitoring dashboards • Guide GameDay events and provide knowledge transfer to customer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience architecting and operating observability, monitoring, and automated disaster recovery solutions built on AWS • Software/technology customer-facing experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Experience with Python and Bash • Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, DataDog, Splunk, Nagios, Grafana, Gremlin, Cloud Endure, and Dynatrace • Experience with AWS services including CloudFormation, AWS CLI, AWS CDK, S3, Backup, EC2, ECS, EKS, ECR, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, VPC, Fault Injection Simulator, AWS Organizations, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling, Config, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, IAM, Security Hub, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, and EventBridge
