📋 Description

• Build a strong understanding of our business and operations functions quickly because you will own and oversee the day-to-day operations of all central functions. • Jump in to help when needed, with a willingness to learn the detailed ins-and-outs of our operations ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Work and lead cross-functionally. You have the ability to influence and align key stakeholders to make consistent, meaningful impact, as well as ensure key projects are always delivered. • Develop scalable programs and processes that improve our customer and merchant experience. • Monitor key business metrics and identify mechanisms to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience • Startup or marketplace experience is preferred • Restaurant operations experience is helpful • Strong communication skills - can explain complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders • Familiarity with SQL, strong Google Sheets / Excel, and data analysis skills • You're metric driven, data savvy, and can articulate valuable insights
