📋 Description

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application builds, automated testing, packaging, and deployment activities. • Implement automation solutions for environment provisioning, operational workflows, release processes, and infrastructure support tasks. • Support secure delivery practices including code scanning, dependency validation, secrets management, and policy enforcement activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, pipeline, and environment-related issues across multiple applications and services. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release quality, deployment reliability, and software delivery timelines. • Support cloud-based infrastructure and shared platform services in coordination with engineers, architects, and operations teams. • Maintain documentation for deployment pipelines, environment configurations, release procedures, and operational support processes. • Participate in incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives. • Monitor system and pipeline performance and recommend improvements to automation, tooling, and workflow efficiency. • Support change management, deployment coordination, and release readiness activities across production and non-production environments. • Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, systems administration, cloud operations, or related technical environments. • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar automation platforms. • Experience with AWS services, Linux administration, scripting, and infrastructure automation concepts. • Experience working with containers, artifact repositories, and deployment tooling. • Understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure software delivery practices, and security-focused automation processes. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across environments, deployment pipelines, and application services. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively across development, QA, security, and operations teams in complex technical environments. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government clearance. • Experience supporting federal government programs or secure cloud environments preferred. • Familiarity with healthcare integration platforms or regulated healthcare delivery environments is a plus. • Exposure to Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and observability or monitoring tools is desirable. • Relevant AWS, security, or DevOps certifications are a plus. • Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or other Git-based collaboration and project management tools preferred.
