📋 Description

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain OpenStack environments for production use • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, and capacity • Troubleshoot issues across OpenStack services such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, and others • Perform upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle management tasks • Work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to integrate OpenStack with our other platforms and tools • Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency • Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices • Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems • Assist in preparing and reviewing architecture designs for new deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenStack in production environments • Solid understanding of compute, networking, storage, and identity services within OpenStack • Proficiency with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as KVM • Experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation frameworks • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack • Scripting experience with Python, Go, or similar languages • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root cause analysis • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
