📋 Description

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for the wholesale accounts, fostering trust and collaboration. • Support seasonal plans for the wholesale channel and strategic specialty accounts to drive brand awareness, traffic and sell-through. • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing support. • Partner with agencies to execute this work to deliver to wholesale accounts. • Provide proactive communication and support to ensure sales managers, sales reps and wholesale accounts have the necessary assets and resources. • Work closely with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the go-to-market process. • Collaborate with sales representatives on effective tools for seasonal sell-in. • Manage the co-op advertising claims and expenses process end-to-end to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. • Track campaign effectiveness and provide reporting with actionable recommendations for process improvement. • Maintain, manage, and communicate scalable solutions for a wide range of account partners. • Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual; able to communicate completely fluently in both French and English (spoken and written). • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or outdoor industry. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Proven ability to lead a small team in project-driven environments. • Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for customer service and enabling outdoor exploration. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
