📋 Description

• Lead and mentor mobile developers, adapting mentoring style according to the team’s seniority. • Ensure the adoption of best practices, architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and SOLID principles. • Conduct systematic code reviews and promote pair and mob programming. • Manage technical debt, balancing innovation and maintenance. • Act as a bridge between engineering and business teams, facilitating technical discussions and aligning expectations. • Capacity planning and effort estimation. • Document technical decisions (ADRs), APIs and processes. • Develop and maintain native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) applications. • Implement unit and UI tests (XCTest, JUnit, Espresso, XCUITest). • Ensure code quality with tools such as SwiftLint, Ktlint and SonarQube. • Optimize performance, battery consumption and memory usage. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions). • Ensure application security (certificate pinning, encryption, obfuscation). • Integrate with RESTful APIs, analytics systems and push notifications (FCM/APNs).

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in at least one native platform: • iOS: Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, Xcode, CocoaPods/SPM • Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose/XML, Android Studio, Gradle • Advanced Git proficiency and workflows such as GitFlow or trunk-based development. • Experience consuming REST APIs and working with architectures like MVVM and Clean Architecture. • Experience with unit and integration testing. • Knowledge of CI/CD, especially Fastlane. • Familiarity with the other mobile platform (e.g., iOS if your specialty is Android, and vice versa). • Mobile databases and storage (Core Data, SharedPreferences, Keychain). • Performance optimization and debugging (Instruments, Android Profiler). • Mobile security (encryption, secure storage, ProGuard/R8). • Experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase).
