• Lead transformative cloud projects, implementing everything-as-code and DevSecOps best practices to enhance efficiency and security • Collaborate with stakeholders, drive mission-critical initiatives, and deliver solutions aligned with client goals and regulations • Design and optimize secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab, embedding security, quality, and testing • Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to manage microservices, ensuring consistent, scalable deployments across cloud and hybrid environments • Build and optimize AWS infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, data stores) to support resilient, scalable applications • Ensure production reliability through automated builds, proactive troubleshooting, and minimal manual intervention • Implement monitoring tools to track performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and optimize resources • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Maintain robust security posture meeting FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST standards through regular assessments and compliance protocols • Drive Agile sprint deliverables and foster cross-team DevSecOps collaboration • Develop automated tests for infrastructure and scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation • Manage data ingestion and integration, ensuring data integrity and conducting root cause analysis
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience • 5+ years of technical experience designing and deploying secure, scalable cloud solutions • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S. • Current U.S. residence and within U.S for 3 of the past 5 years • Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship mandatory; candidates must successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check • 5+ years of Advanced Cloud DevSecOps Expertise: Design and deploy secure, scalable AWS solutions using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for IaC • Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab, integrating security and testing • Advanced AWS skills (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Swagger, Redis, New Relic, and database management (PostgreSQL, Oracle RDS, DynamoDB) • Deploy microservices, APIs, and containerized applications • Advanced coding in Java, Python, and Bash for task automation and system efficiency • SQL, Python, and ETL processes for data modeling and management; experience with analytic stores and visualization tools like R, Tableau, or Power BI • Expertise in TLS/SSL, encryption, and key management; compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and SOC standards • Proven successful track record working in an agile environment; strong communication and Agile software engineering skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, innovate, and prioritize • Must be available on Teams, Monday.com, Slack, email and for meetings between 9AM-5PM EST • Strongly Preferred: Government sector experience (especially DHS); current holder of public trust clearance; AWS Certification (Solutions Architect/DevOps); Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer; Terraform Certified Associate
