• Promote and sell our products and services to engineers, contractors, distributors, and end-users • Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and inform sales strategy • Set and achieve sales objectives and forecasts in collaboration with your manager • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships • Organize promotional activities including presentations, training seminars, and branch visits • Identify and pursue significant construction and retrofit projects with high sales potential • Strengthen distributor networks to ensure excellent customer service standards • Stay current on industry knowledge and communicate training needs to your manager • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the construction or related industries • Proven track record of building relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors • Strong organizational and communication skills with mechanical aptitude • College or university degree preferred • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some overnight trips
