• Respond to customers' technical questions about integrations with our platform in an agile and efficient manner. • Assess the complexity and estimated time to resolve incoming requests. • Participate in technical validation meetings with customers and the sales team. • Provide reports to developers and stakeholders on product performance. • Identify opportunities to improve Asaas products and report requirements to the relevant teams. • Advise customers on mitigation strategies in response to technological changes. • Provide proactive and timely recommendations that promote continued use of the platform. • Ensure deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer-facing experience: Ability to independently assess issue complexity and handle objections and problems. • Source code knowledge: Ability to read and interpret source code. • SQL experience: Familiarity with databases and writing SQL queries. • API knowledge: Ability to read, interpret, and implement APIs. • System logs: Ability to interpret system logs. • Programming: Basic programming knowledge.
